After the roaring sell out success of the SouLutions gig at the fabulous Jaydees venue in Haydock last month. Organiser Colin Walker promised more to come in 2020.
True to his word, and a man who does not let the grass grow under his feet, he has managed to acquire the services of one of the top UK Soul artists around today, Tony Momrelle.
Tony who hails from London, is one of the most exciting and significant Soul musicians on the Modern Soul Scene in Britain today. He has toured with some of the greatest artists in the world: Incognito, Earth, Wind & Fire, Gloria Estefan, Celine Dion, Janet, Whitney Houston, Chaka Khan, Sade, Gary Barlow, Andrea Bocelli, Gwen Stefani, Robert Palmer, Gospel music group Seven and many more.
Tony was lead male vocalist of the famous British Acid-jazz band Incognito for more than sixteen years, before launching his solo career in 2015. Although Tony has his own style in the way he sings and presents a tune, sometimes you can hear nuances of Donny Hathaway and Stevie Wonder.
